Construction works on the 450MW Temane gas and energy challenge in Mozambique has begun. The country’s President Filipe Nyusi ceremonially laid the primary stone to mark the start of the challenge.
The project situated in Inhassoro, Inhambane Province, involves construction of Temane-Maputo power line, and an LPG plant. Supply for the ability and LPG facilities will come from the PSA venture and entails an investment of US $760 million from Sasol.

Potential clients

The Temane power plant will provide energy to Electricidade de Moçambique (EDM) underneath a 25-year contract.
