Alton Smith has joined Sundyne as regional sales manager for North and Latin America, focusing on the chemical and industrial (C&I) markets.

In his new position, Smith will strengthen customer facing initiatives and work with Sundyne’s inside teams to expand across the C&I space.
Smith involves Sundyne with more than 30 years of experience in promoting highly engineered gear and repair solutions to the downstream and midstream sectors. He has worked extensively with EPCs, OEMs and end users in the renewable vitality, oil & fuel, petrochemical, chemical and power technology markets.
Prior to Sundyne, Smith served as vice chairman of sales for Fluid Sealing International, the place he developed strategies to strengthen & grow distributor gross sales, while also overseeing coaching and purposes assist. He previously served as a regional sales manager for EKATO Systems. Smith began his profession at Flowserve Corp’s Seal Division and has additionally labored with midstream oil & gasoline OEMs at EagleBurgmann and John Crane Inc.
