Six Bangkok restaurants made the 51-100 list of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants for 2023. The listing was determined by the votes of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants Academy, which contains over 300 leaders made up of meals writers, critics, chefs, restaurateurs, and regional culinary specialists.
The record features restaurants from 17 cities across the region, with Hong Kong leading with eight places, together with three new entries.
Tokyo is represented by six eating places, including three new entries. Meanwhile, Singapore and Bangkok both even have six institutions every, with Shanghai claiming 4 spots on the listing. Kuala Lumpur, Seoul, and Mumbai are represented by three restaurants each.
The six Bangkok establishments on the listing are: Nahm (No. 98), Gaa (No. 81), and Samrub Samrub Thai (No. 82), Lerdtip Wanghin (No. 73), Wana Yook (No. 72), and Côte by Mauro Colagreco (No. 71).
The Bangkok eating places listed serve a selection of cuisines. Many serve Thai delicacies, however Gaa, positioned on Sukhumvit 53 Alley, serves Indian cuisine. Côte by Accredited , situated on Charoenkrung Road, serves French and Italian cuisine, and offers prospects a Riviera-like expertise.
