Seven men are accused of posing as monks to scam residents within the jap province Rayong by asking for cash donations. Reports say police found the men carrying faux monk identification cards.
The seven “monks” were seen as unconventional as they refused to accept food and different offerings, and solely accepted money. A local monk then reported them to the authorities and advised Thai media, the men are dressing like monks, however they’re “devils.”
