Atlas Copco has agreed to amass National Vacuum Equipment Inc, a US manufacturer of commercial vacuum pumps and packages for cell use on tanker vehicles.
Headquartered in Traverse City, Michigan, National Vacuum Equipment employs around a hundred folks.

When the acquisition closes, National Vacuum will become a part of the Industrial Vacuum Division, inside Atlas Copco’s Vacuum Technique enterprise area.
