Pattaya Police consider the two ladies wounded in a shooting in Pattaya in the early hours of this morning have been wrongly focused.
Pattaya Chief of Police Thanapong Photi reported a Thai woman and a Chinese lady were shot at about 2am right now on the entrance of Soi Chalernprakiat 4/1 in Bang Lamung district.
