Alton Smith has joined Sundyne as regional gross sales manager for North and Latin America, focusing on the chemical and industrial (C&I) markets.

In his new role, Smith will strengthen buyer dealing with initiatives and work with Sundyne’s inside teams to broaden across the C&I space.
Smith comes to Sundyne with greater than 30 years of expertise in promoting extremely engineered tools and service options to the downstream and midstream sectors. He has worked extensively with EPCs, OEMs and end users in the renewable power, oil & gasoline, petrochemical, chemical and power technology markets.
Prior to Sundyne, Smith served as vice president of gross sales for Fluid Sealing International, where he developed methods to strengthen & grow distributor gross sales, while additionally overseeing training and applications help. He beforehand served as a regional sales supervisor for EKATO Systems. Smith started his career at Flowserve Corp’s Seal Division and has additionally labored with midstream oil & fuel OEMs at EagleBurgmann and John Crane Inc.
