Both companies concentrate on technologies for mechanical cleaning and remedy of wastewater.
“Thanks to the acquisitions, we will provide our prospects a fair wider range of options,” mentioned Oliver Hermes, president and CEO of the Wilo Group. “We are persistently following our strategic development from an expert for heating functions to a holistic options provider for all functions in the transport, use and therapy of water and wastewater.”
The two firms shall be integrated into Wilo’s Water Treatment Strategic Business Unit (SBU).
However, FSM Frankenberger and WSM Walower stay impartial and can continue to be run by native managers.
“Wilo’s market and application experience and the two companies’ particular solutions are the perfect mixture to exploit new opportunities in present business segments and collectively develop new markets,” stated Dr Patrick Niehr, a member of the manager board and chief change officer of the Wilo Group.
